Mary Crafts, co-founder of the multimillion-dollar catering business Culinary Crafts, will be the featured speaker at the Utah Valley State College Halladay Executive Lecture Series, at noon in the Ragan Theater. Crafts, in partnership with her husband, Ron, started the business 20 years ago. It is now the largest off-premise catering company in Utah.
