Financial disclosure reports for two legislative candidates were filed on time, and the candidates will remain on the ballot.

Democrat Gene Bradford, who is running in Senate District 13 to replace retiring Sen. Bill Wright, R-Elberta, had filed an online report before the Sept. 15 deadline, although the state's election office did not receive it. Because it was dis3covered by computer technicians in the state's system Friday afternoon, Bradford will remain on the ballot.

Constitution Party candidate Craig Perkes, who is running in House District 34, will also remain on the ballot after the state election's office received his mailed report with the proper postdate this week. He is challenging incumbent Rep. Kory Holdaway, R-Taylorsville.
