Theresa Marie Harris, 43, died January 2, 2005 in Salt Lake City, Utah, a victim of domestic violence. She had the ability to leave a part of herself with everyone she met.
Born December 8, 1961 in Ogden, Utah, daughter of William Clifford and Mathilde Fischer Emery. Married Bradley Wilson Harris, December 21, 2004 in Price, Utah. She was a humanitarian and gave of herself in many orphanages in South America for many years. She was an active member of the LDS Church. She had a love of life, enjoyed nature and wildlife and had a deep enduring love for her children. She had a talent for making people happy, loved to laugh and found the best in all situations. She had a deep appreciation for music and loved to make and share it with all. She was generous and caring.
Survived by her husband, Brad; children, Austin, Anita, Ashley and Sabrina; stepchildren, Aaron (Jocelyn) Harris, Marty Harris and Tori Harris; father; brother, Michael (Renae) Emery; sister, Annamarie (Michael) Bloch; aunts, Idl Fischer and Anni Fischer; uncle, Bob Emery.
A funeral service will be held Friday, 11:00 a.m. at the Hunter 4th Ward, 7035 W. Lochness Drive (3600 S.) where friends and family may visit, 9:30-10:45 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Theresa Fuentes Harris Children's Memorial Fund, c/o Utah Power & Light Credit Union, 1407 W. North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah 84116.
