Wayne Eugene Hammond 1914 ~ 2005 Wayne Eugene Hammond, age 90, passed away January 12, 2005 in Tooele, Utah. Wayne was born November 21, 1914 in Lake Point, Utah to William J. Hammond and Jerusha Garrard. He married Vera Madill in 1937 in Tooele, Vera passed away in 1979. Wayne married Elva Talbot Yates in 1982, she passed away in 2001. He had two children, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, plus many step grandchildren and step great- grandchildren. Graveside Services will be held Saturday, January 15, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 West 4100 South. The family will receive friends at a viewing one hour prior to the services on Saturday at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South.
