JETS (11-6) AT STEELERS (15-1)

Ch. 2, 2:30 p.m.

THE SKINNY: New York has the greatest strength of schedule for all playoff teams, which may or may not explain why they have been able to beat just one team with a winning record this season — San Diego. Of course, there is still some debate as to whether the Jets actually beat the Chargers in last week's wild-card game or the Chargers handed them a victory. Nonetheless, this is the second meeting in a month between the Jets and Steelers, and not much has changed. The Jets have never won in Pittsburgh (0-6) and are 2-15 lifetime against the Steelers. What's more, the Steelers haven't been this healthy since the opening week of the season. In particular, the return of wide receiver Plaxico Burress, who did not play in the first meeting, will create additional problems for the Jets. They have enough to worry about with the Steelers defense.

PREDICTION: Steelers, 31-3

RAMS (9-8) AT FALCONS (11-5)

Ch. 13, 6 p.m.

THE SKINNY: The only thing St. Louis has proved in this season of mediocrity is that Seattle is the only bigger playoff joke than the Rams. And the Rams might not even be here, in the divisional playoff round, if Bobby Engram didn't drop a pass in the end zone. Of course, against Atlanta, they might not be sticking around much longer. The bye week was beneficial for the Falcons because it allowed quarterback Michael Vick (shoulder) an extra week to rest his injury. This is the first home playoff game for the Falcons since they played host to San Francisco in 1998, and it will be a new experience for their rookie coach, Jim Mora. Then again, maybe not. Mora was a secondary coach for the 49ers for the Falcons' last home playoff game.

PREDICTION: Falcons, 31-21
