Dr. Charles Larry Wayman "Dr. Larry" Dr. Larry was born on May, 31, 1942 and died Jan. 14, 2005 after a courageous battle with a lingering illness. He was the oldest child of Drs. Hugh C. Wayman and Jean Chatterton Wayman in Los Angeles, CA. Larry was raised in Salt Lake City and attended Granite High School and graduated in 1961. He attended cosmetology school for a short time. He decided to join the Navy in 1961, stationed in San Diego and Hawaii. After returning home in 1965, he worked for Stein Ericksen Lodge as a cook and continued going to cosmetology school. Ready for a change, he went to Los Angeles, CA for his Chiropractic degree, graduating in 1966. He married Jeri Taylor Wayman, Sept. 23, 1966, later divorced in 1984. He started his Chiropractic practice in 1970. He loved taking care of people, maintaining a successful practice for over 34 years. He was a member of the Chiropractic Knights, making life long friends and brothers. He loved life, family, friends, chiropractic seminars, boating, camping, four wheeling, and his gold wing motorcycle. Special thanks to the Knights, especially Drs. Fore, McKenzie, and Heese. Also J.C. his son for his unwavering love and devotion. He never gave up. Larry is survived by his parents, sister; Linda Hagan, son; J.C. (Jodi) Wayman, daughter; Sandy (Dr. Dan) Monson, three grandchildren; Justin, Brandon, and Krysten. In addition, step children; Angie (Rom), and Jason Smith.
