Beth & Bob Taylor Together Again Beth Kofoed Taylor passed away January 19, 2005 as the result of complications from surgery. Beth was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Beth was born August 17, 1929 in Preston, Idaho to Arthur and Florence Kofoed. Beth was the heart of the Taylor clan and will be sorely missed. Her heart and home were always open. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Robert Ross Taylor; her sister, Therma Lamont. Beth leaves behind her sons, Rickie (Maridee), Randy (Liz), Leslie (Teri), Steven (Peggy), Timothy (Roxzann), James (Michelle); 30 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Noon on Saturday, January 22, 2005 at Taylorsville 19th Ward Chapel, 2030 West Chateau (5225 So.). A viewing will be held on Friday from 6-8 pm at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road in West Jordan, and one hour prior to services at the church. Interment will be at Redwood Memorial Cemetery.
