OREM (AP) — Ronnie Price scored 30 points Thursday to lead Utah Valley State over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi 96-73.
David Heck tied his career high with 20 points while grabbing a game high eight rebounds off the bench for the Wolverines (8-9), winners of four straight.
Utah Valley State shot 57 percent from the floor in the game including 65 percent in the second half compared to 40 percent for the Islanders (11-6).
Corey Lamkin led the Islanders with 14 points. Chris Daniels added 13 points and grabbed six rebounds off the bench.
Pierre Thomas and Ben Devoe also scored in double figures for Utah Valley with 15 and 10 points, respectively.
