The board of directors of Salt Lake-based Zevex International announced Wednesday that the responsibilities of chairman of the board and chief executive officer will be separated as a matter of good corporate governance.
The change was effective Wednesday.
John T. Lemley was appointed chairman of the board. David J. McNally, former chairman, will remain on the board. McNally's responsibilities as chief executive and president will remain unchanged.
