Obituary: Oscar Galaz-Cofre

Oscar Galaz-Cofre' 1928 ~ 2005 Oscar Galaz-Cofre', age 77, passed away November 6, 2005 in Salt Lake City, Utah while visiting his family. He was born in Chillan, Chile on January 1, 1928, son of Federico Galaz Crisostomo and Ramona Cofre' Jimenez. He married Marina Herrera Pizarro September 4, 1950. Survived by his wife, Marina; his children: Maria, Luis, Ignacio, Nury, Juan, Flora, Elvira; his brother, Leonardo; his grandchildren: Luis, Marina, Samuel, Kristy, Oscar, Alejandro, Julia, Daniel, Heidi, Francous, Claudio, Joan, Pedro; his great-grandchildren: Luis-Andres, Nicolas, Emily, Ashley, Daniel, Sebastian, Sarai, Samuel. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 12, 2005, 1 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road where friends may visit, 12-12:45 p.m. prior to services. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
