There has been some talk of the intentions of the Founding Fathers when they wrote the Constitution. One of their intentions was to keep the minority from ruling over the majority. It is this original intent that is being turned on its head. Everybody in this country is granted the same rights of freedom to believe how they will, to speak their opinion and live as they like within the law. But there have been recent movements in which a minority has tried to force opinions on the majority.

With the recent passing of Rosa Parks, I am reminded of the civil rights movement that fought for equal treatment for all. This was the intention of the Constitution.
