Park City Group Inc. announced a net income of $2.2 million, or 1 cent per share, for the three months ended Sept. 30, the largest net profit in the company's history.
That compares to a net loss of $444,621, or zero cents per share, during the same quarter in 2004.

The software and consulting service company said Friday that revenues for the fiscal quarter were $3.7 million, compared to $989,675 in last year's period.
