TAYLORSVILLE — One woman was stabbed after she reportedly beat another woman with a baseball bat Thursday, police said.
At about 4 p.m. at an apartment complex near 4700 South and Redwood Road, four females got involved in a verbal fight that turned physical, said Taylorsville Police Chief Larry Marx. One woman started hitting another with a bat and in retaliation, a second woman pulled out a small folding knife and stabbed her assailant.
The woman sustained minor injuries from the stabbing.
