On Thursday, the same day the monthly U.S. trade deficit with China hit an all-time high of $20.1 billion, a Communist Party official named Huang Jingao was sentenced to life in prison for denouncing official corruption. This innocent man will spend the rest of his life in a miserable Chinese prison for simply speaking out against corrupt practices in China.
You can do something about this by contacting your U.S. senators and congressmen and demanding they exert pressure on the Chinese government to free Mr. Jingao and other political prisoners or face trade sanctions. You can also help by boycotting Chinese-made goods.
