Morris G. Anderson 1950 ~ 2005 Morris Garn Anderson, 55, of Magna, Utah passed away Sunday, November 13, 2005 due to cancer. Morris was born July 9, 1950 in Delta, Utah to Aaron Garn and Joy H. Anderson. In 1952 he moved to Mag-na and graduated from Cyprus High School in 1969. Morris ser-ved his country in the U.S. Marine Corp for six years. He became the proud and loving father of Shilo in June 1980. He was blessed with two beautiful grandsons, Alex in December 1996, and Isaac in January 2005. Morris is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was an eagle scout, avid and certified scuba diver, and enjoyed water skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, and traveling. In 1977 Morris and his best friend, Mike Modderman became business partners in which they established their concrete company, M&M-it, Inc. Morris had many close and loving friends. Survived by daughter, Shilo; grandsons, Alex and Isaac; mother, Joy; brothers, Phil (Hazel), Ron (Donna), Kim (Jaquie); sister-in-law, Jody; sisters, Joy (Don) and Nyla (Scott); and numerous nieces and nephews. Also, best friends and caretakers, Mike and Debby Modderman and their children, Hope and Colby. Preceded in death by father, Garn; and a brother, Karl. A very special thanks to the Moddermans for all that they have done. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, November 17, 2005 at the Pleasant Green Chapel, 8739 West 3000 South.
