Corey T. Simpson 1963 ~ 2005 RICHFIELD, ID- Cory T. Simpson, 42, of Richfield, Idaho, died at home surrounded by his family Thursday evening, November 10, 2005. Cory was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on March 25, 1963 to Robert Jay and Kathleen Truscott Simpson, one of three sons. Cory grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah and attended West High School. Cory served his country in the Army Reserves. Cory married his sweetheart, Kristine Alexander on January 18, 1985. Their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. Cory had a talent for helping people and dedicated endless hours serving his family and friends. Cory was very mechanically inclined and worked for TDK Auto Services in Twin Falls, Idaho and previously for Sutton and Sons of Ketchum, Idaho. Cory is survived by his wife Kristine Simpson; and children, daughter Jamie and Dustin Patterson of Boise, Idaho; son Scott Simpson of Boise, Idaho; parents Robert Jay and Kathleen Simpson of Idaho Falls, Idaho; brothers Ben J. and Mindy Simpson of Wasilla, Alaska; Brad S. Simpson of Lahaina, Hawaii; grandmother Edith Madsen Simpson of Leesburg, Florida; grandchild Kourtney Ann Patterson of Boise, Idaho. Cory was preceded in death by his grandparents; Harry J. Simpson, Fern and Phyllis Truscott. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, November 15, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at the Richfield L.D.S. Church by Bishop Charles Tree. Burial will be in the Richfield Cemetery. Family members and friends may call on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the church. Funeral services are under the direction of Demaray Funeral Service in Shoshone, Idaho.
