Orem-based e-commerce and software company iMergent Inc. on Tuesday released preliminary financial estimates for the quarter ended Sept. 30, saying it expects revenue of $17 million to $18 million.
The company said it expects net income before income taxes between approximately $1.5 million and $2 million and cash of approximately $25.8 million.
"Management believes that when the restatement of prior period financial statements is complete, the current period results discussed above will demonstrate improvement from the corresponding period in the prior fiscal year," iMergent said in a prepared statement.
On Nov. 9, the company filed a notification of late filing form with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, because the filing of the company's Form 10-Q for the quarter ended Sept. 30 would be delayed. On Sept. 13, the company announced the late filing of its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30. IMergent said in its Tuesday release that it believes it will be able to file its Forms 10-Q and 10-K by Jan. 31, 2006, based on the estimated time for completion of the appropriate audits and reviews.
