Shane Michael Davey 6/21/1971~11/11/2005 How can I ever find the words to describe the man we knew as Shane Davey, Beautiful, loving, caring, inspiring. I know, angelic. Shane was one of the most wonderful men to ever walk the face of this Earth. His passing has created a void that will never be filled. This is the most painful time of our lives. Shane left behind two wonderful children, Ashlyn- 4 and Joshua- 2 and a wonderful wife, Jodi. Shane and his family moved to Utah six weeks ago in hopes of a new life. A life where there were less struggles and more smiles. Shane left to work on the morning of November 11, 2005, and just two blocks from his home, was struck and killed by a driver who apparently fell asleep. Shane was only 34 years of age. Shane never hurt a soul in his life. He never judged, he just loved unconditionally. There are many, many great things we can say about Shane and not one negative thought comes to mind. Shane cared about everyone and hated none. He was an angel in disguise. Shane you will never be forgotten, missed but never forgotten. Your words, love, advice, and kindness will live on in everyone who had the pleasure of knowing you. You were a father to Ashlyn and Joshua, a husband to Jodi, a son to Michael and Argelia, a brother to Tamatha, Daniel, and Christopher, and a friend to all. There are so many people who loved Shane that this entire page would not be enough to list them all. You know who you are and Shane knows as well. Shane, please know that you will never be out of our thoughts and prayers. We know you are in a better place even though we are not yet there with you. We know you will always be with us. "ANGELS ON YOUR PILLOW". Fly with the angels Shane and check in on all of us every once in a while. We love you so much and you will be truly missed. Until we meet again. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 10 a.m. at Tate Mortuary in Tooele, 110 South Main St.
