Four points regarding Thomas Eastwood's letter on Dr. Steven Jones' work on the cause of the WTC building collapses:

First, he doesn't seem to be aware that physics (statics, dynamics, etc.) undergirds much of the disciplines of structural and civil engineering.

Second, after decrying what he regards as Dr. Jones' lack of expertise, he proceeds to give us his own analysis, without telling us the basis for his own expertise.

Third, the collapse of building 7 in Dr. Jones' presentation show the squibs appearing well below the top of the building and discharging sequentially from the bottom up.

And fourth, based on the comments and tenor of Eastwood's letter, it is clear that he has not been to Jones' presentation nor read his paper.
