A single-engine plane lies upside down near a runway Wednesday. It was taking off from the executive runway at Salt Lake International Airport but clipped a fence and flipped over. The pilot of the Cessna, a New Jersey resident, was the only occupant and walked away uninjured from the incident, which occurred about 5:15 p.m.
