The Great Salt Lake Council of the Boy Scouts of America will hold their Learning for Life Holiday Auction today from 6-9 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom of the Grand America Hotel, 555 S. Main.
Those who attend can bid on hundreds of items ranging from electronics to toys, to home furnishings to sports equipment to holiday gifts. Peter Breinholt will also perform in concert at the event.
Learning for Life is a character education program for boys and girls, taught during school hours to help teach them to make ethically responsible decisions and to provide role models for them.
