Members of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity will have their 17th annual Kevin B. Kennedy Game Ball Run today to benefit Camp Hobe, a summer camp for children with cancer.

Volunteers from Pi Kappa Alpha will run a relay from the University of Utah's Rice-Eccles Stadium to Brigham Young University's LaVell Edwards Stadium in Provo the night before the annual Utes-Cougars rivalry game.

Although the Game Ball Run began in 1989, the "Pikes" have held the event in memory of past president Kevin B. Kennedy since 1994. Kennedy died after a three-year battle with brain cancer. Camp Hobe was selected as the donation recipient because of Kennedy's fight with cancer and love for children.
