Tax cut wouldn't end revenue

I appreciate your news stories and items in the Readers' Forum about eliminating the tax on food, which I call "sin tax" on food.

There will not be a total loss of revenue to the state because low-income and middle-income people would spend the savings from the sin tax on other needed items such as clothing, shoes or even more food.
