Thanksgiving dinner apparently turned violent in a West Valley house Thursday.
Police were called to a house between 7 and 8 p.m. Thursday where a 17-year-old man allegedly hit a 20-year-old man twice on the head with an oxygen tank, said West Valley police Sgt. Terry Chen.
Chen said the two men lived together and were possibly brothers. Investigators knew the identity of the alleged assailant but were still looking for him Friday.
The victim, who was entering to eat dinner when he was hit, was flown in critical condition to a local hospital where he received between 60 to 70 stitches and suffered a possible skull fracture, Chen said.
Further details of the incident were not known Friday.
