Obituary: Robert Raphael Kolencik

Robert Raphael Kolencik Loving Husband, Father Bob went peacefully into the Lord's hands November 3, 2005 in Salt Lake City, UT. Born to John S. Kolencik and Julia Lassak in New Salem, PA. February 23, 1930. Married Margaret Hasna February 22, 1955 at Parks Air force Base in CA. Retired March 31, 1977 from the U.S. Air force as a Master Sergeant. Worked for UTA August 11, 1978 until retiring September 1, 1992. Later retired from the Salt Lake Airport Authority. Preceded in death by his parents; brothers, John, Frank; sister, Eleanor Kolencik; and daughter-in-law, Melissa. Survived by his loving wife, Margaret; son, RJ; daughter, Tonia; brother, Rudolph Kolencik of Perryopolis, PA; grandchildren, Megan, Tommy, Ryan and Kendall. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday 10:00 a.m. at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 1975 South 2300 East. A Vigil Service will be held Monday 7:00 p.m. at the Neil O'Donnell & Sons Mortuary, 372 East 100 South, where friends may call from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Committal Mt.
