Jacqueline R. Mason 1930 ~ 2005 HEBER CITY, UT - Our precious wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend Jacqueline (Jacque) R. Mason left her earthly residence to return to her family in heaven Saturday, November 5, 2005. She was born in Gorgoza, Utah May 22 1930. Daughter of Osmond and Stella Rasmussen. Married George Mason September 23, 1946 in Evanston, Wyoming. Jacque was raised on the farm in Gorgoza, attended school in Park City, loved to ride horses, skied at "Ecker Hill." Moved to Tooele, Utah in 1951, and worked at Tooele Army Depot until George retired in 1965. After that she moved to Heber where she has resided since. While in Heber, Jacque owned a ceramic shop where she and her daughter made and sold ceramics. Jacque loved to be outdoors and never let the opportunity to go to the mountains pass. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She always had time for the nieces and nephews and her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren with whom she always enjoyed sharing time. She was a great seamstress and hand made custom cloths for all her family. Jacque is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, George Mason; stepson, Garold (Cheryl) Mason of Salt Lake City; son, Edward (Deanna) Mason of Heber; daughter, Deanna (Don) Pesicka of Heber; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and three great great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wed-nesday Nov. 9, 2005 at 2 p.m. in the Olpin-Hoopes Funeral Home, 288 N. Main. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and also Wed. one hour prior to services. Burial will follow in the Heber City Cemetery.
