Janet Bingham, a University of Arizona administrator, will become president of the Huntsman Cancer Foundation starting Jan. 1.
The foundation is a freestanding charitable organization that provides financial support to the Institute. Chairman of the board Jon M. Huntsman Sr. announced her appointment this week.
"We feel very fortunate to have Dr. Bingham on our team," he said. "She is a capable and talented individual who will help the Huntsman Cancer Foundation move forward toward accomplishing its goals."
