Obituary: Manuel Ontiveros

Manuel Ontiveros 1920 ~ 2005 Manuel Ontiveros, passed away Nov. 5, 2005 in Salt Lake City, Ut. He was born April 3, 1920 in Burley, Idaho to Julian and Marcelina Ogas Ontiveros. He married Edith Valdez on January 27, 1940. He was in car sales for 50 years. He is survived by three sons, Larry (Carmen), Ron, and Rusty. Six grandchildren, and their families, special care giver, and companion, Julie, two brothers, Andy and James, and two sisters, Tillie and Gloria. He was preceded in death by his wife, Edith and five siblings. The family would like to extend specail thanks to Andy and Julie for all of their love, kindness, and care given to Manuel during the last 17 difficult months and to John Atkin for his support. Graveside services will be Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 4th Avenue and T Street. A vigil service will be held Tuesday at 7:00 pm. At Neil O'Donnell and Sons Mortuary, 372 East 100 South, where friends may call 6 - 7 p.m.
