The recent results from the Planning Commission on toll roads has determined that drivers would probably find it worthwhile to pay a toll to save five minutes on a 36-mile commute from Salt Lake City to Orem.

So why do speeders attempt to drive 75 mph and more to save less than two minutes on a commute from Murray or Canyon Rim to downtown Salt Lake City? Common sense says it's not worth it. Evidently, they have no common sense.
