A giant, 20-foot-tall turkey towers above the Utah Food Bank, where it was inflated Monday to help kick off this year's holiday food drive. The Utah Food Bank is seeking donations of 18,000 turkeys and 2 million pounds of food to help the needy during the holidays. At right, Eric Checketts of Inflation Creations, which donated the huge bird, inflates the turkey on the roof. Donations can be dropped off at any Smith's, Jiffy Lube, Wells Fargo bank, at Riverton Motors and at the Utah Food Bank, 1025 S. 700 West.
