DRAPER — Flexpoint Sensor Systems Inc. on Friday reported a net loss of $4.5 million for 2004, which started when the company began operations following reorganization Feb. 24, 2004.
The company said the loss was largely due to one-time expenses associated with the reorganization and financing initial operations.
Revenues for the year were $345,433.
The company has developed technology to measure and sense deflection, acceleration and range of motion.
