New stakes have been created in Brazil, Nicaragua and Nigeria, and in Idaho and Utah.

The BYU-Idaho 8th (Student Married) Stake, which includes the BYU-Idaho 11th, 33rd, 51st, 67th, 74th, 75th and 76th wards, has been created by Elder John H. Groberg of the Presidency of the Seventy.

The Cariacica Brazil Stake, which includes the Cachoeiro do Itapemirim, Cariacica, Estrelinha, Itaciba and Marcilio de Noronha wards, has been created by Elder Neil L. Andersen of the Seventy.

The Eagle Mountain Utah East Stake, which includes the Cedar Pass 5th, 6th, 8th, 9th, 11th and 12th wards, has been created by Elder Donald L. Staheli of the Seventy.

The Lagos Nigeria West Stake, which includes the Agege, Egbeda, Festac, Ikotun, Okokomaiko and Oshodi wards, as well as the Apapa Branch, has been created by Elder R. Conrad Schultz of the Seventy.

The Masaya Nicaragua Stake, which includes the Las Flores, Masaya, Monimbo, San Carlos and San Miguel wards, as well as the Nindiri Branch, has been created by Elder E. Israel Perez of the Seventy.
