Layton Hills Mall announced the opening of C.J. Banks, a women's apparel store specializing in plus-size clothing.

C.J. Banks is a division of Christopher & Banks, a Minnesota-based women's apparel specialty retailer. The company has 634 women's clothing stores in 44 states.
