Former Attorney General Janet Reno, driving her famous red pickup truck, rear-ended another vehicle while driving in the Florida Keys, the state patrol said.
The front of Reno's truck crashed into the back of a car that had stopped at a red light on Friday, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
No injuries were reported.
Reno's truck was towed, and she rented a car from a nearby airport to continue her trip. The reason for Reno's trip was not known.
She did not return phone calls seeking comment.
