Captions for full-page cover photos were incorrect in the June 16 edition of the Utah Valley Life section.
The photograph of the Orem Owlz mascot "Hootz" ran on the Page 1 cover of the section. A wrong page number was listed.
The Page 13 illustration, which included a photograph of Provo Angels winning the 2004 Pioneer League championship, was not identified. Also, not credited were Deseret Morning News photographer Michael Brandy and Deseret Morning News artist Robert Noyce.
And on Page 14, a photo caption misnamed the Owlz mascot, "Hootz."
