OREM — Q Comm International Inc. on Monday said it will delay filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30.

Q Comm said it needed more time to complete the filing after having recently amended its Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year 2004 and its Form 10-Q for the first quarter of this year. It said it plans to file the second-quarter 10-Q by Friday.

The prepaid transaction processor released preliminary results for the quarter, saying it had a net loss of $3.3 million, or 61 cents per share, which compares with a loss of $883,000, or 22 cents per share, in the year-earlier quarter. Revenues totaled $13.3 million, up from $3 million a year ago.

The company's stock was unchanged Tuesday at $3.38 per share. The price has ranged from $2.94 to $6 during the past year.
