Salt Lake-based Ikano Communications, a provider of private-label Internet services, said Wednesday it has acquired ISP.com, a provider of Internet services.
ISP, formerly owned by Dialup USA Inc., will retain its name and headquarters in Lynnwood, Wash.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Ikano in August acquired Dialup USA, including its assets and subscriber base. The Washington-based Internet company provides wholesale dial-up, technical support and e-mail services to more than 1,500 Internet service providers throughout the United States.
