The Gallery at Library Square hosts concurrent exhibits through Oct. 15. The exhibits are titled "Fetish of Place: Mixed Media Works" by Jody Plant, and "Making Connections: The Ecology of Willow." The Gallery at Library Square is located on Level 4 of the Main Library at 210 E. 400 South, and is open during regular library hours.

Award-winning artist Jody Plant has been actively involved with the Salt Lake art community since 1979. She has been a freelance art instructor for many years, and served as the Visual Arts Coordinator for the Utah Arts Festival from 1983-1987. She is a freelance interior/exterior design consultant as well as an employee of the City Library. Plant's work has been exhibited at the Salt Lake Art Center, the University of Utah Fine Arts Museum and the National Museum of Women in the Arts, Washington, D.C. Her work is included in private collections in San Francisco, New York, Washington, D.C., and Paris.
