Fort Douglas group planning barbecue

FORT DOUGLAS — The Fort Douglas Museum Association is having its 13th annual barbecue Saturday at the museum, 32 Potter St.

A social hour will begin at noon with a dutch-oven lunch at 1 p.m. The association will serve barbecued turkey, dutch-oven potatoes, rolls and drinks. Participants are invited to bring a salad or dessert.

Museum Director Bob Voyles will talk about the master plan for the museum and what it will look like in the near future.
