In Hot Water facility to mark opening Oct. 8

Solar and renewable energy company In Hot Water Heat & Power will have the grand opening of its new manufacturing facility in Eden coinciding with the Utah Tour of Solar Buildings Oct. 8.

The 5,000-square-foot structure, completely self-sufficient and generating all of its own power, will be among buildings open to the public during the free, annual tour taking place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nine buildings between Salt Lake and Weber counties will be featured.

Owned by Rod Hyatt, the facility will house manufacturing of the Munchkit radiant heating system, as well as solar hot water and solar power kit systems.
