The experiences of black women in predominately white institutions will be the topic of discussion Tuesday at the University of Utah Women's Resource Center.

The noon talk will be held in 293 Olpin Student Union at the U. The talk will be led by Lynette Danley Land, assistant professor in the department of educational leadership and policy, and Ethnic Studies Program.

Land's research interests include the academic and social experiences of people of color in higher education, particularly the recruitment and retention of black women faculty members and students.
