I have considerable disdain for politicians of both parties, but in public I always accord them proper use of their titles, e.g. senator so-and-so, representative such-and-such, etc. This is necessary for civil discourse.
Therefore I am very disturbed by partisan KSL talk show hosts' referring to Democratic politicians derisively by their first names, without titles. For example "Hillary" is a common epithet on Sean Hannity. Given the emphasis KSL's ownership places on civil discourse, this is a real incongruity, and from the standpoint of holding the republic together very dangerous.
