PROVO — Aleksander Sallabanda, Albanian ambassador to the United States, will speak Thursday at 11 a.m. in Room 238 of the Herald R. Clark Building at Brigham Young University.

Sallabanda was appointed ambassador in February.

As the former deputy minister of health, he served as the head of research programs and as national coordinator on HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases at the Institute of Public Health in the Ministry of Health of Albania.
