She fought through numerous surgeries and hospital stays in the last three years with courage and dignity. She was born November 11, 1934 in Manti, UT to Lula Brady Madison and Donald Madison. She was employed at Aimco Steel, Arizona Sign Assn., DBGH, Gillham Advertising, UDOT, American Express, Ralston & Associates, JDS, Salt Lake County, and President/Owner of Hinkins & Associates. Marilyn's passion for conversation, debate, politics, her granddaughter, her sons and stray animals were what defined her. She was extremely intelligent and inquisitive and always filled a room with her personality. She had big dreams that she never gave up on and still wanted to live up to her last days. She was so very proud of her granddaughter Hollie and never missed an opportunity to brag about her. Marilyn loved both her sons very much and always wanted the best for them. The family wishes to express their gratitude to her friends, neighbors, caregivers and those who took care of her and her precious "Fluffy" for all of their kindness and generosity.
