OREM — The Orem Heritage Commission will sponsor a variety of Veterans Day activities on Saturday.

At 8:30 a.m. in the Orem City Cemetery there will be an Apache Helicopter flyover and landing, provided by the Utah National Guard.

After the flyover, the helicopter and a Paladin self-propelled howitzer will be on display to the general public.

A symbolic veterans march will follow the landing of the helicopter. The main event will be the flag-exchange ceremony, when U.S.- and military-service flags will be exchanged by the Orem American Legion Post 72 and the Orem Heritage Commission.
