The search for two missing boaters at Strawberry Reservoir has been hampered today by bad weather.

Search teams got on the reservoir by 6:30 a.m. but by noon were forced to stop because of high winds and blowing snow, said Wasatch County Sheriff's Capt. John Rogers.

As of 1 p.m. searchers still weren't able to get back on the reservoir.

"We're waiting to see if things blow over," he said.

Four people were in the 14-foot aluminum fishing boat when it capsized Wednesday about 11:30 a.m. Two people were able to swim to shore. Two others, Cathryn Roundy, 23, and her husband 29-year-old Steven Roundy of Orem, have not been found.

The temperature of the water Wednesday was 40 degrees.
