U.S. Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice, who has said she aspires to be commissioner of the National Football League, picked the Pittsburgh Steelers to beat the Seattle Seahawks in this weekend's Super Bowl in Detroit.
"I picked Pittsburgh to beat Cincinnati; I have picked against them every game since; I'm not picking against them again. I believe the Steelers are going to win it," Rice told reporters on her way back to Washington from diplomatic meetings in London.
Pittsburgh, the American Football Conference champion, is a 4-point favorite to beat National Football Conference champion Seattle among Las Vegas odds makers.
