Haitian supporters of presidential favorite Rene Preval demonstrate in Port-au-Prince Sunday. Pierre Richard Duchemin, a member of Haiti's electoral council, said results of Tuesday's presidential elections were being manipulated. Throngs of Preval's supporters chanted allegations of fraud. With 75 percent of votes counted, Preval was falling short of an outright victory by less than a percentage point.
