Pennsylvania-based Pilot Air Freight said Thursday that its Salt Lake City station had a 7 percent increase in revenue for the year ended Dec. 31, compared to the prior year.
Pilot provides transportation and logistics services. The Salt Lake station had revenues of $4 million in 2005, when it handled 9,145 shipments totaling more than 6.2 million pounds. It has eight workers in its 12,775-square-foot facility.
Pilot's overall 2005 revenues totaled $301.6 million, up 6.5 percent from 2004.
