Jeanne Shelton Fitzgerald 1940 ~ 2006 HEBER - Jeanne returned to her Heavenly Father, Monday, January 30, 2006 after complications during heart surgery. Born September 7, 1940 in Heber to goodly parents, Charles A. Shelton and Maud Ella Watson Shelton. Jeanne married Clark F. Fitzgerald, August 15, 1958. Our loving wife, mother, grandma was welcomed home and commended on a job well done. She was an active and faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and served dutifully in all the callings and assignments given to her. She was an example to all, showing love and kindness to everyone. Throughout her life she enjoyed many things. Her family was the center of life. No one could tend to an ailing animal, settle a fussy baby, fix an owie, or mend a broken heart like Grandma Jeanne. She has influenced many lives but none more than those of her children and grandchildren. She had the ability to make each one feel so special. Mom's loyal devotion to her husband was shown as she worked tirelessly beside him throughout her life. Jeanne is survived by her husband Clark; children, Matt, Trudy and DeLoy, Shelly and Jed, Ben and Syndi, nine grandchildren, one great-grand-child; brothers and sisters, Anita, Beth, Charles, Vaun, Ann, and David. Preceded in death by son Todd J. Fitzgerald, parents, brother Grant, and sister Mary Lou. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 2, at 1 p.m. at the Heber 2nd Ward, 150 North 200 West. Visitation will be held on Wednesday evening at 6:00-8:00 at the church, and also on Thursday from 11:45-12:45 prior to services. Interment will be at the Heber City Cemetery.
